CFD international summer school at Desenzano del Garda,
Italy, 2nd edition.

Description:

 

The summer school provides all the basis of CFD for energy 

applications analysis and the lectures will describe and 

discuss the most relevant topic in CFD: 

 

 - mesh generation (generation method, quality criteria, and 

main open-source software); 

 - physical modelling (turbulence models, multiphase models) 

 - numerical method (finite volume method, segregated and 

coupled methods, steady and unsteady problems) 

 - uncertainity quantification 

 - optimization by genetic and adjoint methods. 

 

The partecipation to the school is FREE of charge.
