Rheolef : Free C++ library for complex fluids

Rheolef is a general purpose free sofware C++ library with applications to CFD and complex fluids (viscoplasticity, viscoelasticity).

It is maintained by Pierre Saramito and others at CNRS, France and distributed under the GNU GPL. Rheolef is a very nice and capable code with state-of-the-art methods.

News in version 7.1:

- Reference manual renewed and new web site with doxygen
- Hybrid discontinuous Galerkin (HDG and HHO) methods
- User's manual introduces new examples:
* HDG and HHO examples
* zalesak & leveque examples: discontinuous Galerkin
* slip boundary conditions
- Visualization:
* branch: run animation with paraview
* high order FEM and curved boundaries: with paraview and gmsh
- Eigen sparse solver (sequential)
- Mac-osx porting with clang
- Minor bug fixes
