preCICE v2.5.0 and the road to preCICE v3

As a big step before we can work full speed on preCICE v3, we fixed a last feature release v2.5.0, which may be too soon after v2.4.0, but still contains important updates.

The biggest new feature is support for connectivity-based volume data mapping, but this release also includes important preparation steps for v3 and several bugfixes.
