The first one is easy. You only need to create O-grid mesh to approach your model

Maybe this thread can help you for second geometry:

Multiple pipe in cylinder

Your hot water inlet & outlet are "AIRIN" & "AIROUT".

If you want to make the second geometry blocking you need to work much more than first one. I´m thinking about the best approach. Maybe with help and ideas from other users you can get it.

In this link there's one approach for cold water zone blocking. However, this is not the best solution. There are a lot of elements with bad quality in the center.

Here is the my try (i don't see the support plate in model) :

Files : Drop box link https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...ojectfiles.zip

Project 1: Without internal pipes meshed

Project 2 : created surfaces for internal pipes but got the problem on one face

Project 3 : made face to surface association for surface of one of the smaller pipes...

Thank you FAR for your blocking . But... this blocking doesn´t consider buffle PVC, am I right? I did an approach with this requirement but I´m not sure about it. For this reason, I merge vertices from first o-grid blocking to try to get blocking inside buffle to delete them and get cold water zone. Correct me if I´m wrong.

For baffle I will just make the two splits and ogrid in the current blocking. I guess it will work

Yes ahmad, you're right. I deleted the blocks but It was because I wanted to try other approach. You can change material as Far said.

Hi all,

I´m trying a different approach. I´m thinking about manage central blocks to get baffle blocking form but I can´t get it. I´ve been trying merge blocks, split vertices.. but nothing. Maybe some of you can help me to do this approach. Or maybe, simply, It can´t be done this approach.

I didn't find the baffle in the model attached in previous posts. Baffle isn't difficult to mesh, just one or two ogrids, thats all
