[ANSYS Meshing] question about inflate layer in cfx mesh?

Default question about inflate layer in cfx mesh?

hi dear all
i have one geometry that following, i want inflate on wall , please advise me about Following questions:
1- my depth in inlet is 5m , height walls 8m, length geometry is 270m, i using element size 0.4 m, my question is :what inflation option do use? ( total thickness , first layer thickness,...) also number of layers is suitable and maximum thickness, first layer height?
unfortunately my Processor system is not very strong, So if yours possible
Please express your experience in this case.
