hi friends ,
i have a wing geometry with cutouts for flap and aileron the gap (uniform) between flap and aileron is 11 mm the min gap b/w wing & flap is 8 mm the min gap b/w wing and aileron in 2 mm the topo tol. in ICEM is 2 mm which is giving all curves as RED ! i am going for an unstructured , tetra (Octree) mesh ! i am facing the following problem : 1. the aileron does not get meshed in the sense that the mesher does not see it as a 'cavity' in the domain, WHY this happens ,and HOW to correct it ? ..any ideas from you side ? thanks Sandeep |
