[ANSYS Meshing] How to mesh this type of geometry?

Default How to mesh this type of geometry?

Hi,Im still new and beginner in mesh generation. I want to ask what is the best method and step to mesh this type of geometry(Single tube and fins of car radiator). I've tried many method refer to the tutorial and so far still not success.

I'm preparing this for fluent (k-espilon model ) analysis

Height = 680mm
no of fins = 98
