ICEM Meshing Problem - Help me!

Hello everyone.

I have some meshing problem in icem. My geometry is NACA 0012 airfoil profile and i have followed the the video below. My process is like the 1st picture. When i do like the 2nd picture, it becomes like 3rd picture. When i do like 4th picture, it becomes like 5th picture. I'm not able to solve this problem. Please help me.
