Default Skewed elements at sharp corners

I am trying to mesh a complex geometry which has some curved and sharp corners.
At first, I wanted to generate a hexa mesh for the geometry but after some attempts I decided to generate tetra mesh.
I have used small element size and curvature refinement. The mesh types I have used are octree, delauny and hexa core.
After I generate prism layers on those sharp corners, some elements which are highly skewed form on those corners.
When I use this mesh in the solver (CFX), continuity equation does not converge completely and the locations of maximum residuals are those corners with skewed elements.
Could someone please give me a hint about how to fix this problem?

AtoHM is on a distinguished road
Element size in BL and outside vary alot it seems. If you have enough computing resources to handle more cells, decrease the wall element size. Might help with the sharp edges. Always do mesh quality check before jumping to solution. Also smooting might help.

Do you mean the mesh on the surface not the volume mesh?
