[ANSYS Meshing] Need help in fixing drop in mesh quality due to creation of stairstep mesh -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

Hitesh12 New Member Hitesh Join Date: May 2014 Posts: 14 Rep Power: 12	After adding inflation I'm getting this error - "Inflation created stairstep mesh at some locations." and the mesh quality is decreasing. What can I do here to improve the mesh quality? I am tinkering with gap factor and maximum angle (lowering their values) and it helps but only to a certain degree.
