Greetings,

I am modeling 2D heat exchanger via dual model in fluent. For that i have 2 fluid zone place above each other so that conformal mesh generate.. I could not understand how to do mesh having 2 zone , place one above each other. Can u guide me?

You can select the 2 bodies in Design Modeler and form new part. This will ensure a conformal mesh at the interface. Be careful, since you need the bodies to be treated seperatly in fluent you will have to apply named selections on both of the bodies while meshing (as bodies not faces).
Hope that fixes you problem
