hello everyone,
I need to increase the resolution close to the wall in my problem, however when I do this the aspect ratio becomes enormous (probably around 20:1 +)...I know in STAR-CD you can increase the number of cells close to a boundary while retaining a uniform aspect ratio...i.e. the nodes of the cells in one region wont coincide with the nodes in another region...but it handles it (im not sure how). When I run my User defined scalars with a uniform mesh everything is OK, but when I use GAMBIT'S aspect ratio function...the solution explodes...does anyone have any suggestions? My mesh must be orthogonal. akour
