Default Difference between DesignModeler and ICEM CFD

Hi everybody!! I come from Fluent+Gambit and I am really a beginner in the using of Ansys and CFD in general.
I would like to know what is the difference between this 2 softwares: is designmodeler suitable to create geometry and the other one to mesh it??
