Hi,
I am simulating a turbine and now i have some questions: I studied the following paper. this paper is about effect of blade thickness on the separation. blade section is Naca 00 XX in this turbine. download: in this paper is wrote that if blade thickness increases, separation on the blade delays. I want to know why dose this happen? And also, in this paper is wrote that if blade thickness increases, there is higher pressure on suction surface and hence this gives a delayed separation. why dose this happen?why is there high pressure on suction surface? I am grateful that guide me about these cases. thanks. Last edited by aja1345; May 4, 2016 at 05:36. |
