Hello CFD-Community,
I simulate a microfluidics device in which the fluid is periodically heated and cooled and I am interested in the heating power density [W/m²] at a surface of 0.5mm². Since it is a fluid-solid interface, I try: areaInt(Wall Heat Flux)@surface = 0,00002 W --> 40 W/m² areaInt(HeatFlux)@surface = nothing areaAve(Wall Heat Flux)@surface = 2000 W/m² area Ave(Heat Flux)@surface 0,000025 W/m² I am confused which result is the correct one? Thanks Kauf |
