I am working for my final year project my objective is to filter particulate matter using filter i already designed my filter and made the flow analysis now i need to show how many particulate matter is trapped inside it. For eg i have to show I passed 6 lakhs particulate in and my output have to exit only 4 lakhs particulates how to simulate this pattern in fluent. Please explain the steps also i am waiting for your reply

Try to get an answer on the ANSYS Fluent forum. Not the freelancers forum, unless you want to pay for a detailed answer.
