Hello
Have anyone experience with phase transformation in ansys cfx liquid metal to solid metal (in function of temperature). I have two inlets - one with liquid metal and one with air. Air hitting on liquid metal stream. And on this phase from the liquid metal solid particles are forming. Have anyone similar tutorials for this problem or which tutorial in ansys help is similar ?? Best regards

CFX does not have a solidification models. Some other CFD software does - I think Fluent and Flow3D can do it. I would use software which supports the model I think.
But I do know it has been modelled in CFX so as long as you are happy to develop models yourself give it a go. I would talk to CFX support to get some example files (hopefully some exist). |

Maxin is correct - I am not going to talk to support for you, you will have to do that yourself.
I will try to make my sentence more clear next time. |
