Evaporation model to evaluate the mass transfer between water and air

I need to analyze and evaluate the evaporation of the water present on a rotating film (picture attached), by means of a jet of air channeled into a duct. Finally I must calculate the total mass of H20 evaporated from the film to establish the performance of the conduit. What kind of set up do you need to set up the analysis? How do you impose a liquid source on the film? What kind of multiphase analysis do you need to set up? What kind of boundary conditions should we ask considering that as a data we have the air flow rate directed on the rotating film?

The main question is if you need to include the liquid film. In other words, do you need to calculate the disturbance of the liquid film by the air? Or can you consider it as more or less rigid?
