Dear all,

I exported a calculated variable from CFD-Post (Wall Shear where the location is the wall of an artery) in order to calculate a new variable in matlab. I then imported via the user defined surface, the new variable in a .csv file with of course the wall info (connectivity, face, X,Y,Z). However, the variable is only associated with the imported user surface and not a CFD domain so I can’t use the user surface as a location when I'm creating a polyline for instance. Any suggestions on how I can overcome this?

Thanks!

I want to export the selected variable "CFL on user surface" at Location "Polyline" but I get this error:

"The following variables are not present in the geometry and will be omitted from the exported data: CFL on user surface"
