Hi All

I need to generate some streamline images from my simulation results using CFD post and I want to have some High defenition images so that I can upload on some website but unfortunately the images are not that clear. Is there any possibility to get high resolution images using CFD post ?

You get many options for high resolution images with the Save Image option.

When plotting streamlines for presentation purposes, I do not use lines but tubes. Much fancier. Also, why not increase the resolution? Why not take something like 2000x1600?

And the higher resolution you chose the thicker the streamlines will have to be.

It is possible to render some really HD pics (4K and more), just click on the camera button

Hi Gert

When I try to save it in png its not allowing me to change the height and width from 600 to 2000*1600. Can you tell me how I can do this ?

Just deselect 'Use Screen Size'. Then you can make it as large as you want. Not?

Difficult to say:
- What is the definition of blurred?
- increase the size further
- Different picture format
- What version do you use?
- OS?
- New pair of glasses?

Just increase the 100% to something more, example 300% will give you 3times more pixels.
Just try to press few buttons before asking so many simple questions.
You can also save a 8K jpg if you want to

And you should definitely go for tubes instead of streamlines, just as Gert-Jan suggested.
