Hi,

I want to apply heat loss in a zone from my model (For example, -140000 w/m3). So, I created a subdomain in the mentioned zone and according to the following picture, I enabled "sources" option. Then, in energy equation, I applied the mentioned heat loss. Now I have a question: For applying this heat loss, Am I right? Is this method correct for creating the heat loss?

I am grateful that guide me in this case.

Thanks.

Yes, that looks correct.

But you really should check this yourself. Do a simulation and run to convergence. Then get the flow into your domain and get the enthalpy (or some measure of heat energy), and compare it to the exitting enthalpy. The difference in enthalpy should be the power applied in your source. This is a check the source is doing what you expect.
