Default transient flow and force

Hello friends , i have to use transient type simulaiton. so i have to give time steps for that. how can i decide how many time steps i have to give?

2) after simulations i have to find the total force around with windturbine airfoil ,later to find the Cl and Cd. in cfx how can i do that?
