Default can I move trn file to another drive during run?

Hi guys.... I realise that my disk is almost full when I run a transient simulation. I wish to move some trn file in dir folder to free up some space. Will this corrupt the end result? It takes three weeks to get it finished. So please give some advices if you can. Thank you.
