Default Window commandline to run session in Ansys CFD-Post

How can I (1) access Ansys CFD-Post and play session I have saved, (2) replace the output file folder location in the .cse file -that I export the csv files- with a different location in Window command line
Sorry, I am new to windows commandline and Ansys
