CFX for students

Hi all, I want to know if CFX can be obtained for cheap for students to use it on their personal computers. Fluent has released a version like this with a limitation of the no of cells to 20,000. thankyou.. aPpA

Thanks Joe, I was looking for something like FLUENT offers for students which costs less than hundred bucks. i got a quote for an educational copy of CFX which costs atleast 40 times more ..and ofcourse you get to run more than 1 instance. cheers

You got a qoute for a educational deployment of CFX, not a student copy per se.
Perhaps Robin can give some input here ... |
