Does CFX automatically connect the velocity groups for iMUSIG?

I have run the MUSIG model for a single velocity group and got a reasonable result. When I try to add a second velocity group, it solves fine. However, the results don't make sense. I have a size fraction of 90% in the largest bubble size of the first velocity group, yet no mass is entering the second velocity group.

My set up in pre is as follows:
Phases
-water (continuous)
-air1 (polydisperse)
-air2 (polydisperse)
In the polydispersed fluids tab I create 2 MUSIG fluids
-airVG1 for the first velocity group, air1, diameters 0-6mm
-airVG2 for the second velocity group, air2, diameter 6-12mm
-both are 'Homogeneous MUSIG' I do not see an option for 'Inhomogeneous MUSIG'
In Fluid pairs tab I configure air1|water, air2|water as I normally would. There is no air1|air2 pair so I thought CFX automatically linked them. Now I do not know if this is the case.

I am using the standard CFX breakup and coalescence models.

I have read the CFX documentation but I haven't found specific instructions on setting up iMUSIG.
