I have a single cylinder for internal flow, thus what would be the difference if I make it as a solid body or frozen body?

I have no ide what you are asking. Please show an image of what you are asking and how you are proposing to model it.

I am not being allowed to share the media, it says "the forum has disabled media sharing".
Anyway I have a cylinder for internal flow. There is a inlet and outlet on two opposite cross section of cylinder. What would be the difference if I model the cylinder as " Add material" Or if as "Add frozen"?

No Difference.
Add frozen is just there for modeling purposes when you want to make a separate body, and not combine the bodies.
It makes no difference for analysis purposes.
