Default Cavitation in orifice plate

Hello everybody. I'm making a simulation of an orifice plate in a pipe to see if there is cavitation. I can't obtain convergence. I have change my meshing, then used a physical timestep each time smaller, then I tried using a blend factor next to 0 and increasing it in other running, but still I couldn't get good results. Now I'm running in transient. What should I do? Is it correct to make it in transient? Why is that I'm not getting convergence? Thanks in advance. Bye.
