Lift_Coefficient of a Rotating Frame

I am running a case of rotating frame using time dependent rotational velocity. How will I calculate the Lift Coefficient in this case? Will I only use the force_y function at the desired location? Do I need to subtract the Centrifugal and Coriolis Force?
