How can an IGBT or MOSFET semiconductor chip imitate the electrothermal performance of a semiconductor power module? My present strategy is to construct a flat cube, set it to be formed of silicon, and then alter the electrical conductivity of the silicon to replicate the state of the IGBT chip, but the results are not optimal; thus, how can I simulate a semiconductor chip?
