Hey everyboy:
I am trying to write my own STL to surface.dat converter. According to the manual, the first line contains three tallies: 1st number - vertex count 2nd number - total vertex count 3rd number - facet (i.e., triangle) count. My question is: under what circumstances would I expect 1 and 2 to be different? Thanks in advance, Gerry |

There are currently no circumstances where the "vertex count" and "total vertex count" would be different. Thank you, |
