Hi

I have a question about averaging the data such as temperature, velocity, and etc. over time at each location of the entire domain.

About using 'Average of selected pot output files' option of post convert, what should I do to solve the following error.( the output files includes logic_i, logic_j, logic_k, level, and volume.)

The postfile is for CONVERGE version 2.3.
error: wrong output file format: please remove convert.in and try rerun post converter.

Please answer any hints.

Thank you!

Hello,

Are you specifying a convert.in in your post_convert command? Simply type post_convert in the folder where you have the post out files and follow the prompted directions.

Thanks,

Thank you for your reply!

Actually I did it with CONVERGE studio!
However, the averaging problem is solved by specifying a convert.in in the command as you told me.

And I found that there is something wrong in post_convert.exe in CONVERGE stuido folder
I changed the path of post_convert in the settings of 'post-processing 3D' tab of CONVERGE studio from CONVERGE studio folder to CONVERGE folder.
Now it works well.

Thank you again.
