Hi,
Recently I was working on a 5 holes direct-injector. The mass flow of the 5 holes is not equal. Two of them are samller than the others.
I try two kinds of set to show the unequal mass flow. spray1 is a injector with 5 different-diameter nozzles. Spray2 has two injectors, one has two nozzles and another has there nozzles. Other settings are the same.
I think the results would be no difference, but I got very different results especially the wall film.
Now I am confused which is right.

I suggest you to double check your settings, with particular enphasis on injection rate, injected mass and also number of injected parcels, because I agree that you should have obtained the same results. I have done similar analyses in the past (e.g. 1 injector for pre+main+post injection and 1 injector for each injection) and I always obtained the same results...

Hi, Blanco
I try to check the settings and find nothing. In fact, last week I have sent an email to support@convergecfd.com. The title is Unequal mass flow injector. I attached my settings in the email. Would you like to have a look at the settings and give me some suggestion?
Thank you!

Sorry but I don't work in Converge
I'm sure they'll help you with this issue.
