Hello all,
I am trying to do my first CHT case, a wankel engine combustion case. When I checking the input files, CONVERGE reports a aborted message, says "1774 ERROR: in boundary.in, for boundary id 22, interface boundaries connected to the solid region should have DIRICHLET temperature boundary condition". Then I find that I can't find a place to set the Dirichlet temperature condition. I want to know how to solve this problem. Thank you so much! Tristan. |

Hello,
For the first issue, in Studio > Case Setup > Boundary, for each interface boundary, there should be a drag-down list for the temperature, and for the solid side, only "Specified Value (DI)" is allowed and this is what you need. Remember checking the "coupled" box as well. For the sealing issue, I think it is related to seal_tol in inputs.in. Please make sure the gap width is below seal_tol to activate the sealing. Quote:
