Hello all,
I am trying to do my first CHT case, a wankel engine combustion case. When I checking the input files, CONVERGE reports a aborted message, says "1774 ERROR: in boundary.in, for boundary id 22, interface boundaries connected to the solid region should have DIRICHLET temperature boundary condition". Then I find that I can't find a place to set the Dirichlet temperature condition. I want to know how to solve this problem.
Thank you so much!
Tristan.

This problem has disappeared, but I still don't know how to handle it. If anyone knows, please let me know how to solve it. In addition, I encountered a new problem. I sealed the radial and lateral sides of the rotor, and the sealing was applied to the corresponding boundaries. However, in the calculated 3D results, I found that there was no sealing. Not only did there be air leakage, but the grids were not adjacent. I don't know if I set them incorrectly. Does anyone know.

Hello,

For the first issue, in Studio > Case Setup > Boundary, for each interface boundary, there should be a drag-down list for the temperature, and for the solid side, only "Specified Value (DI)" is allowed and this is what you need. Remember checking the "coupled" box as well.

For the sealing issue, I think it is related to seal_tol in inputs.in. Please make sure the gap width is below seal_tol to activate the sealing.
