Hello,
Do we need a special installation of ProMechanica, for importing a pressure distribution on a surface from FloEFD (for Creo) into ProMechanica? Thank you for any information

Hi Maxime,
no, you shouldn't. Do you have any troubles applying the pressure distribution? Boris |

Hello Boris,
Now it is ok, I found the option in pressure load's panel Now I have to play a little bit with this tool, because ProM is asking me the value of the pressure, (but it is supposed to be calculated with FloEFD). I will run a job with a pressure of 1 Pa to see what FloEFD is exporting exactly ... From the pressure load panel, I understand I loaded an extern field coefficient and not a true pressure load anyway, I will digg it Untitled.png
