Flow rate through a surface -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

Imraan Guest Posts: n/a	Hi I am using Cosmos FloWorks and need to determine the volume flow rate through a surface. I have tried using Surface Parameters, but this tool does not report any values for a surface that is not part of a solid. I have tried generating solids specifically for post processing but have not had consistent results. Seems to work fine when I only have one part, but does not always work when I have an assembly. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
