Adiabatic bubbles /Flow-3D

Hi everyone,
Please, anyone can tell me what's wrong in this adiabatic bubbles model that i was built in Flow-3D (version 11.2) to show the flow of water and entapped air bubbles in pressurized tunnel of shaft spillway, that is does not work and running stop immediately. The dialog box of results displayed that the model has void region problems (zero or negative void pressure). More details of setting up parameters, physics tab and result dialog box of the model were attached in the image files below.
I'm stuck...
