Hello everyone,
i´m running an vof open channel simulation in steady state conditions. My geometry is a channel with a bridge in the flood stream. My setup works fine and the solution animation looks good. Now i am trying to get the water forces/pressures on the bridge surface by using the function calculator. The Problem is that i dont quite understand the meaning, or the difference of some functions. Is there any document in which the calculation basis for the functions are listed ? for example i want to know what exactly the program calculates with the function : areaAve Pressure or areaAve water force and what the mathematical differences between functions like ave or areaAve are (on ave i still define an area but i get diferent results then with areaAve ). Thanks for every help i can get, Regards |
