mech_cool is on a distinguished road
I am trying to simulate the FBD Milk spray dryer in Ansys fluent. See attached image.

There are two hot air inlets : 'A' (Top) & 'C' (Bottom).
One inlet for Milk spray : 'B' at the Center.
One outlet : 'D' : product outlet at bottom
Exhaust Top : 'E' : Hot air with Milk Particles.

Could you please guide me in defining the boundary conditions for the same?

I would appreciate your help with it.
