How to add source for UDS on a virtual surface? -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

SimulatingFlow New Member Jaculus Join Date: May 2013 Posts: 1 Rep Power: 0	Hello, Please help me to add a source term for a UDS on a virtual surface in the domain. I use a simple 2D axisymmetrical geometry for my simulation, which has a inlet and outlet. Then I use the command "/surface/line-surface" to add a virtual surface in the domain. I want to add a source term to the user-defined-scalar equation along this line. How to find the cells at which the line is located, so that the source can be added to these cells? Please help. Thank you.
