You can set the angular velocity of a solid body using the macro DEFINE_CG_MOTION(UDF_name,dt,vel,omega,time,dtime) and specifying the values of angular velocity about the 3 main axes (x,y, and z) by returning a value to omega[0] etc.

Is there a way to specify an angular velocity about another axis?

Hi Joshua,

If I am not wrong, you can specify the axis of rotation when you create the specific dynamic mesh zones. Under the rigid body you have to introduce the center of gravity location.
