dynamic mesh to simulate a walking man with its exhalation

Dears,
i want to simulate a walking man with its exhalation using profiles ( dynamic mesh). the man walked but the exhalation from it wasn't simulated as i define it as ( velocity inlet) [it was simulated in steady state but wasnot when using unsteady and dynamic mesh)
i have attached the dynamic mesh setting and B.C

Please i need the help urgently
