Lightbulb Writing UDF using Input Parameters

Hello everyone
I want to define the specific heat based on the input parameter from workbench. It is not Temperature dependent, it is only based on the input parameter I've defined in Workbench Parameters (phi)
Should I write a udf for it? Does anyone know how to write it?
