how to specify A C_UDMI for specified zone or boundary

Hello,
consider a solid cube situated within a fluid domain,I want to create a C_UDMI for all faces of this cube which its value is depends on temperature of cube cell and temperature of fluid cell above it. I'm grateful if someone helps to do this.
