Hi,
i want to modell an atomization process. I have got a nozzle with high-speed water (isotherm) and i want to simulate the water breakup process outside the nozzle. Is this possible in Fluent. What is more appropriate. An Euler-Euler Modell (VOF, Mixture, Euler) Or an Euler-Lagrange Modell (DPM). Does anyone have experience and can help me? Greetings |

There is an spray model in fluent. Yes, it models breakup. Also you can use injection panel if you want to have a simple model of injection.
