Hi,
Inlet velocity of water -0.066m/s.Laminar Flow(Re=1000) Length of pipe is 1m. The diameter of pipe-15mm. Analytically using Haigen Poisulle eq, I am getting pressure drop in pipe 9.4 Pa. But numerically using steady-state solver in Fluent, I am getting 12.1 Pa in Fluent.

Please help me to resolve this.

You have very low flow velocities. Practical it doesn't matter if it is 9 or 12 Pa.
  • Refine your mesh, and check if this affect your result
  • Run the simulation with higher mass flows and compare the results with your analytical calculation again
  • Compare the thermodynamic properties of water in fluent and of your analytical calculation.
