Hi CFD Experts,
Currently I started working on the heat ex-changer.

I have attached the figure for reference, please have a look and help me to sort out the problem.

I have few questions,

In actual there are two zones first one is hot fluid ( exhaust gas ), second one is coolant (water).

I am using Gambit for meshing (95 % Hex mesh). the issue what i am facing is that,
1) is there any special way to treat this two zones in Gambit?
I have defined zones in Gambit, but in fluent I unable to see them.
2) In my case I have extended surfaces (fins), how to treat them? I have given it as wall.
3) Also I need to know, how to separate them (two zones)

If anybody is interested to see the mesh, I can send the link.

Please have a look at the fig, and help me to solve it.

Thanks,
