Coupled versus SIMPLEC

Hi fellows,
I am doing a simulation with coupled heat transfer. I did it with success for some cases with Pressure-coupled solver and pseudo time stepping. However, for one case , it diverged with coupled. I tried different arrangements, like FMG , or hybrid or direct iterations but it diverges. When I take SIMPLEC technique for this problem it takes ages (5-6 days) for PRessure monitor to converge. (ITs like a pipe flow). While I want to use coupled because it converges very fast (within 5 hours). Can someone help in my problem please? |
