Update Solution Failed error message

Fellow Fluent Users,
When I ran a Fluent case in Workbench, after several days it returned an error message "Update failed for the Solution component <case name>. Update Solution Failed." There is plenty of harddrive space and this case has successfully ran on another computer. Do you think this is a hardware or a software (setup) issue? Both computers are running ANSYS/Fluent 17.1, Windows 10, different RAM size, different virtual memory size, similar Intel Core i7 processor. Thanks, Mark |
