Default Omage residual too big for K-omage SST for flow over complex terrain

I used K-omega SST for flow over complex terrain. I set uniform velocity( 10 for u components and the others, v and w set to 0). I have a very increasing Omega and I don't know how to explain.
I add the picture of the set up and the residuals.
